RS-STANDARD -MODELS PANEL RADIATORS AND CONVECTORS Product information: Water-space surfaces: Cold-rolled steel sheet SFS 600 CR2-01, nominal thickness 1,20 mm. Convectorplate: Cold-rolled steel sheet SFS 600 CR2, nominal thickness 0,4 mm. Surface finishing: Alkalic cleaning, phosphating, primer paint, polyesterepoxy finishing powder paint, colour RAL 9010. It meets the DIN 55900 (parts 1 ja 2) standard. Pressure limit: Structual pressure 6 bar, test pressure 7 bar. Custom-built structual pressure 10 bar, test pressure 13 bar, only types 10 ja 20. Connection: Connection details should be informed on the order form if they differ from normal ABFE15 (4 x 15 mm joint pipes), also muff size 20 is possible. Heat release (W): The tables are based on the examination according to DIN 4704 standard.  The height of the radiator, number of plates, convectorplates and overtemperature effect on the heat release. Number of brackets:   400 - 1400 mm 2 pcs 1600 - 3000 mm 3 pcs Packing: Contraction film and plastic corner parts. Packing includes needed brackets, stop and turning vent. Bended and rounded models are possible to produce. The exact drawings should be delivered with the order. Also the surface finishing should be cleared up from the factory.
